Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods, and use StrideFolio lawfully. You may use the service only if you are legally able to enter this agreement.
Your content
You retain ownership of materials you upload and the rights you hold in generated documents. You grant StrideFolio a limited permission to process that content only to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service.
AI-assisted output
Generated content may contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable language. You must review facts, claims, citations, eligibility requirements, and formatting before using or submitting any output. StrideFolio does not guarantee admission, employment, funding, interviews, or other outcomes.
Plans and billing
Free and paid limits are shown in the product. Paid subscriptions renew through Stripe until cancelled. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Additional refund terms appear in the Refund Policy.
Availability and changes
StrideFolio is an early-access service. Features may change, and temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, provider availability, or deployment. We may suspend access to protect users, the service, or third parties.
Ending your account
You may delete your account after resolving an active subscription. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
